Terms and Conditions

Workshop fee includes printed training material, digital templates and certificate of attendance.

Public workshop fee includes venue, refreshments and lunch.

In-house workshop fee includes a personalised pre- and post-training proposal review.
The client shall provide at their own cost:

A suitable training room that comfortably accommodates all participants

Lunch and refreshments, including tea, coffee and water

A projector, flipchart and pens

Payment is to be made in full to secure the booking.

Payment is due at least 14 days prior to the scheduled training date.

Cancellations made by the client or participants less than seven (7) days before the scheduled training will not be refunded.

Participants may be substituted at no extra charge. No-shows will not be refunded.

Fees quoted are correct at time of publication. BID Solutions reserves the right to alter fees.

BID Solutions shall not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from circumstances beyond its control.
